- Assist and Support in Initial configuration.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare and update network diagrams and inventory reports.
- Assist end-users with network related issues.
- Participate in training programs and certifications.
- Follow company policies and industry best practices.
- Develop Proficiency in networking concepts such as switching, routing, Wireless and Security.
