Senior Project Manager
Looking for an experienced Sr Project Manager to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology-driven projects for Crystal Networks, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Stakeholders Management (internal teams / external clients) to ensure seamless execution
- Risk / Issue Management
- Team Leadership
- Budget & resource management (project budget / resource allocation)
- Quality Assurance
- Client Relation Management ensuring satisfaction throughout the project
- Continuous Improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as Sr Project Manager preferably in IT service delivery or related field
- Excellent vendor management skills – vendor evaluation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams & stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Great organizational & Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Strong understanding of technology trends and network infrastructure
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration / or any relative field
- PMP certification highly desirable
