Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose and resolve different types of networks troubleshooting.
- Manage assigned network installation, configuration and maintenance.
- Interface with our engineering team, customer support, and technical support team to identify and resolve customer issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of networking architecture, design & protocols.
- Ability to configure, troubleshoot any core networking protocols.
- Ability to identify customer requirements, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced challenging environment, handling multiple tasks and projects with different priorities.
- Self-motivated & result-oriented.
- Written & oral communication skills.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering / Information Technology / or any relative field.
- Certification from industry leaders in Networking Technology (if any).
