Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of processes & procedures for preparing, installing, troubleshooting.
- Acquire an understanding of the functions between different technologies.
- Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting and identify the causes of issues.
- Communicate, report and escalate incidents to appropriate units.
- Develop an understanding of cross-functional process to support with internal & external stakeholders.
- Participate in daily safety briefings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of different networking components.
- Ability to identify customer requirements, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced challenging environment, handling multiple tasks and projects with different priorities.
- Self-motivated & result-oriented.
- Written & oral communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Team player.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / or any relative field.
- Certification from industry leaders in Networking Technology (if any).
