Scope
This policy supports all employees, partners and stakeholders in promptly reporting any detected or suspected incidents of bribery, corruption, fraud, or non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
We uphold a strict non-retaliation policy for all Whistleblowers acting in good faith. They will be afforded confidentiality, protection from reprisal, and safeguard from disciplinary action. Retaliation against any Whistleblower will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary measures against the retaliating party.
Process
All disclosures are to be reported via any secured and confidential channel: Reports will be reviewed within 5 working days of submission.
Where possible, feedback will be provided without compromising anonymity.
Confidentiality & Protection
At Crystal Networks Saudi Arabia Ltd, we are fully committed to fostering a culture where employees can safely & confidently raise concerns about unethical and high-risk activities.
Confidentiality: All submitted reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Reports may be anonymously if preferred. If the whistleblower’s identity is disclosed, it will be kept strictly confidential & only shared with authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Protection from Retaliation: we strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against a whistleblower who raises concern with good faith, individuals who cooperate in internal investigation, & those who refuse to participate in unethical illegal or high-risk conduct.
Employees must not be required to participate in any activity with significant level of risk, or hasn’t been adequately mitigated, or could expose them to legal, ethical, reputational, or safety risks. They have the right to refuse to engage in such activities without fear or retaliation.
Retaliation against a whistleblower is a serious violation of our policy and will result in disciplinary action.
